I need help with cnc dimensions

I am currently building my first cnc router for my senior project and would like to know if I can some how tell mach 3 my cutting table dimensions so it dont crash at the end of the axis sorry If i posted on the wrong section but I need help any help will really be appreciated thanks

Yes, you can configure mach3 softlimits, and/or you can use limit switches.
