Can't Get Keling Motors to Run

I just got my Keling 3 axis cnc kit today, it has 425 oz-in stepper motors, kl-4030 drivers, and a 36 volt power supply. I have the motors are hooked up in parallel according to the schematic and the driver is hooked up to the motor and breakout according to the schematic. When I turn everything on i can no longer move the shaft by hand like it should but when I run mach 3 i get absolutely nothing. I have tested everything i can think of, i am getting 36 volts from the power supply and 5 volts is going to the breakout board, i have rechecked all schematics and connections, and have gone through all of artsoft's tutorials on how to configure motors but i still get nothing.

If any one could help it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    aus10

What breakout board are you using?

Can you describe (or diagram) exactly how you have hooked up the breakout board to the KL-4030?

Can you describe exactly how you have configured Mach3 ports and pins?
