strippit with bru 200 drives

hi, i am having some strange problem with a strippit xp 1000 with macintosh control (mac pac software), it doesnt return to the home position after some runs (like 50 runs), it says on the screen that the Y axis is at 39.00 (the home position) but in real, the home sensor is not even on, do you know how to solve this? at first i thougt it was backslash issues, but it only does it when the table comes back to home, not when it goes in the turret direction
