I work for a company that recently purchased a JCUT 1325B cnc.
Furthermore we're using SolidWorks and SolidCAM for the modeling and g-code side of the operation. The CNC is operated by a stand alone computer, with NCstudio controlling the machine.
I have several questions regarding the machine
Most importantly the router is cutting everything we put into it twice as big as we specify it to be, although there is no double effect on the Z-axis.
And then secondly, the machine came with a black plastic/rubber surface on top of the bed, is that the spoilboard? And if so did it come calibrated as such? How do we calibrate for a spoilboard?
Any advice and or explanation anybody can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Perhaps if you asked this on the router forum rather than a forum dedicated to problems or questions about the entire forum, you might get an answer that will help you fix the problem.
