    X axis out of sync

    Hey Guys,

I am having a TXGM Suda VG 1325 cnc router. It is made by a Chinese company. No any manual or electrical drawings with me. Now i am facing a problem when the machine is moving in X+ or X- left side gear is moving good but the right side is jerking. Kindly help me to resolve this. Thanks.

Is this stepper or servo machine?
If stepper, check for mechanical biding on the RH side.

    Dear Sir,

Thanks for your reply. Sir this is a servo machine. Is it possible that i can send you some snaps of the machine or a video when the machine is jerking from one side.

    Regards.
