DSP controller

Hi friends, my name is Pagi from Spain.Firstly sorry for my not good enghlish.
i have a little problem with a new router 600x900mm.I bought this router 2 month ago and finally I get it in my house since last week.The machine include a parallel port DSP controller with a usb port to memory stick.The DSP is this model one.

The problem is I can not run the programs from DSP.
The display show "over limit X" and not run with the code.
I have not instrucctions for this DSP and I don´t know how put good solution to this problem.I think the problem could be a mechanical limit course in machine but the 3 final courses into machine are good.The parameter "size table" in menu I have 600 x 900 x 150 and I think this configuration is correct so I don´t know certainly where is the problem.
I would like get information about good software to prepare files to run with this DSP and how run them from DSP directly.

Could it be your cutting file is larger than your table ?

Thank you Inuk for your fast answer.
The files I have tested with DSP are made with mastercam x2 and these files are very little and primitive.
I try run the machine firsly with little and primitive files to know if the machine run good, when I see all is correct I will run more complex files.
So i think the size files is not the problem but could you send me a primitive file for example a little circle not deep to test here in my DSP.Perhaps the files I build in mastercam x2 are not correct for this dsp.
