Hello.
I wired up my steppers and b.o.b. today but the motors are not responding to any input from the computer like jogging ect. I can hear the motors engage as soon as I plug in the power supply but for the rest I get no response.
My setup is as follows:
-EMC2 controller
-3x Keling kl-6050 drivers
-3x 354oz Bipolar motors (4wires, 9mH inductance)
-db25 bob
-60V power supply
Pin setup:
pin2 - x step
pin3 - x Direction
pin4 - y step
pin5 - y Direction
pin6 - z step
pin7 - z Direction
The rest are unused
Am I meant to use amplifier enable etc?
I wired it up according to the diagram shown on the keling website using a 5v power supply.
I'm know the port on the PC works because I tested a tb-6560 4axis driver board on it and it works well.
The detailed symptoms, are:
-the green light on the board and the red light on each of the drivers turns
on as soon as power is given to the setup.
-the motors lock
-no further reaction, I can toggle emergency stop on and off from the
keyboard as well as the "Machine power" button but with no effect.
Any help whatsoever will be greatly appreciated. If there is anybody that has used EMC2 and Keling drivers together please let me know how you set it up. Any other suggestions will also be very helpful, I'm at my wit's end...
