So I was sat in my bed last night with my laptop watching a DVD with my girlfriend and it kept stopping and skipping (it was scratched).

My girlfriend says "spray it with furniture polish".

I said "What?"

"Spray it with furniture polish and give it a polish".

I laughed and then thought "sod it, why not".

So after a quick trip to the kitchen and a rummage in the cupboards I did it... and it bloody worked! I couldn't beleive it.

So if it works with DVD's it should work with computer CDs too if anyone's having trouble loading stuff from scratched CDs.

Mental or what!
