Need help with parameter setup and lubrication problem | |
Hi
I have a new CNC Wood router from China working from NCstudio driving PWM and servo motors.
WM1325 - Gaungdaly
There seem to be a scale difference of about 5 : 1 between my G code generator (Vectrics) and the NCstudio and machine mm reference.
The sofware is asking for a manufacurers password to change these parameters. Any sugestions?
Ons other problem is the central lubrication system. Its pumping to way to many oil. I have a small LCD and a 4 button ( all in chinese) and no idea how to set this. Apart from the pup and controlling - on the Hiwin rails the endcaps covering the mounting screws are about 1 -2 mm below the top face of the rail and collect a lot of lubricant each time the blok passes all these pockets. Is this standard? SHould this not be flush?
