    I am new in the field of CNC and need help

    Hello,

    I am new in the field of CNC.

    I ordered at “www.CNCPlus.de” the “AMW 102 v3 + three 1.65 Nm engines”, but the accompanying installation description is however very minimum, and I do not understand it.
    My question; is there someone who has experience with this set and if so, do you have a connections diagram for me.

    Thanks in advance, Mick

    This is the link to the set: http://www.cnc-plus.de/product_info....ml&language=en

    Hi Mick,

    I don't hasve one but from the website it looks pretty straight forward.
    See if you can post a copy of the instructions and we will try to help.

    Just from a quick look at the pictures it looks like the following needs to be done.
    The blue 2 pin connector is power form the transformer.

    The 3 blue connectors are stepper motor connections.
    The ribbon cable with the pport connector on one end plugs in the matching connector on the board and then attaches to the pport on the computer.
    The other ribbon cable plugs into its mating socket on the board and is used for e-stop and other inputs.

    Since I don't have one in front of me I am just making an educated guess.

    This shows how to wire the motors, use #1.

    Richtung = direction
    Takt = step

    And so on.

    I would suggest that you contact them for an english version, or use an online translater for all of the german words.

    Basically of the things I said earlier are correct.

    Once you have it all translated let me know what else you need to know.

    Even though I don't speak german, once you learn a little cnc speak, the diagrams are not too bad.

    Hi Mick,

    I am considering the same kit from cnc-plus for a linuxCNC + JGRO construction.
    I was wondering what your (or any one else that has used the kit) experience was with the kit and if you would recommend it?
