Will not Read S and F. What does state number mean

My primary problem is that my Router and controller does not respond to speed and feed values from the g code. First step, i reckon is to understand the meaning of the terms/parameters in the submenus of SPINDEL SETTINGS in my Hand controller.

The problem then is that when i take a search on the SPINDEL SETTINGS terms in the user manuals, I cant find these parameters mentioned.

This is what I find in the SPINDEL SETTINGS in my hand controller.

What does these things mean?

My manuals are poorly translated from chinese, but I guess that that with good general cnc knowledge it should be posible to have a clue about these parameters anyway, so if some one could tell me, It would realy get me ahed.
