USBCNC CPU V4

Hi,
does anyone use the CPU V4 controller from USBCNC?
I would like to have a go at making an MPG for it and was wondering if anyone had already done it and could help out?

I am just getting into this myself, but if these are the manufacturer recommendations, I'd like to feel that means something.
