Bad I/O bus configuration

I have a NUM 1060 controller machine. I turn on it after some years and it shows Bad I/O bus configuration fault. I don't know how can set and check I/O cards or remove this fault.
can Anybody help me?

Hello,
I could to remove this fault.
it happened because the length of fiber optic wasn't set. There is 3 switch in back of control-panel i set them and then the fault removed.
