I have tested DDCM6V5 with TB6600 drivers before sending it back to the seller and it worked quite well with that driver. So I would recomend to use this card with TB6600 driver.

I had a similar problem with some DM542 drivers and a parallel BOB after a little research it was suggested by a Mod on Machsupport forum that there seems to be a problem sometimes when using opto isolated Bob and opto isolated Drivers tends to be cheaper boards and may be a timing issue, but no one can find a concrete reason they should be affecting each other this way. Swapping opto Bob to non DM542 set up worked absolutely fine and mopving non opto bob across worked with DM542's so its apparent a problem exhists reported many times on machsupport forums but as yet no explanation as to why?
May well be nothing to do with OPTO isolation and its a red herring but coincidentally it seems to be a common denominator in many cases and cured by replacing offending BOB, and then offending Bob's work with non opto isolated drivers. would love to know the answer but suspect a timing problem occurs and the offending cards are just poorly designed and freeze.
I am trying a DDCM6v5.0 tomorrow for someone with couple of different different drivers so will let you know already tested with DM542 and no Mars bar.

Cheers I have 4x6600 and 4x5045 non Opto drivers here here to try so should be OK. While I am at it I want to try the notebook\tablets I have here they're well spec'd touchscreen, keyboard, USB 2.0 and 3.0 so hoping can use them with a powered hub to drive the BOB save room and power. Which O/S were you using with the 6600?

I used DDCM_H.dll, I think.
Try to set "step low active" (or high active) in "Ports and Pins" Motor output tab.
Since you guys use DDCM6V5.0 as me, I have one question. I have problems with "REF ALL HOME" where same switch is used for LIMIT/HOME and Limit switch is still detected when doing home procedure (it should be ignored). Anyone solved that? Since I am 90% sure this is plugin problem....Thnx!
After in-depth study of the problem with the boards DDREAM CNC, DDUM4 v1.0, DDUM5 v1.0, DDUM3 v1.0, DDSMV5 turned out that the problem is associated with the program.
It turned out that the data controllers (DDUM4, DDUM5, DDUM3, DDSMV5) stably operate without errors.
If you need a stable operation of the controller, it is necessary to use the program DrufelCNC.
For DrufelCNC version of the program, write a personal message or email Drufel (a) list.ru.
You can do me the favor and give me the DCM.dll files for 64 bit win the DDCM6V5.0 card
Thank u so much for the file
Hello,
Anyone got the DDUM6V5.0 working with Mach3? Could you please share your files?
Thanks
Friend, I need the files for the same controller, if you have them, can you share them with me?
