Anilam 6000m Memory Protection Fault - invalid command.com

Machine has been sitting for about a month or so.

Fired it up, had an issue with not booting up, turned out the CMOS battery had died, reset the date and it didn't match the time on the HDD-got that resoved, now I have the following issue/error trying to get to 'home':

Abnormal program termination: Memory protection fault
CS:EIP = 000Ch:00153F75h
Invalid COMMAND.COM

Cannot Load COMMAND, system halted


Have reloaded all setup disks for ANILAM, Machine loads and starts fine:
Servos reset fine.
But when you push the home button, it moves for a few seconds and then the above error occurs and the whole machine/system freezes.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.
