Default Wrong Hardware Lock on Prototrak M3

Have a M3 that is getting the following error: Fault 403 : Wrong Hardware Lock
This was working just fine until one day fired it up and then started getting this message.

    EXPLANATION:
The system sees a hardware lock, but an error has occurred.

    SOLUTION:
Turn off system, re-seat hardware lock, and turn system back on.

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated!

Do you mean this one or actually in the cabinet of the M3 computer itself?
