    Default Anilam 6000M control

I am in need of some know how!
No sure where to start, the controller on cnc mill Quantum S1000D with Anilam 6000M control has a problem it starts up and go to the menu when I select any of the three choices it goes in and freezes up, I can not go back or do anything and the word halted is in the command bar. Any ideas what I should do will be greatly appreciated.
I have posted a video of the startup.

has the machine been running recently? Normally, when you get to the screen pictured, you have to reset the servo... ( estop out then press servo reset) then press the f-key for home to home the machine, then you will get the manual screen, and can go into the programs... dave

    Thanks Dave
I have been away and working on other projects,
I tried to reset the servo but no response, I have found that the drives have a power fault light on and SH2 lamp on each drive. Any ideas how to go about this?Anilam 6000M control-img_5455-jpg

Check to see if you have 24vdc for the e-stop and limit switch circuit... then check all limit switches, for a stuck switch or bad wire connection... dave

So anilam - shoulda coulda woulda - had i known more - Kind of left in the dark here - no one too keen to touch them..
Figured this might be a good place to find some anilam support - since there doesnt seem to be any.

so my screen went white - turning on and off didnt solve it.
No readily available spares - and what could it actually be... I have no idea, a few theories
    1) I thought it was the LCD so sent it to screen specialist - he sent it back because he was too in the dark about the 62 pin Dsub connector running to the screen. sent it back and asked me to check if some specific lights came on when it had power, as the machine can home, move with the pendant, run spindle etc, memoery button pushing.
but the screen came on no issue , so I thought maybe it will get hot - maybe something is getting hot and thats the issue - pulled out power to screen module - and left machine on standby for 2 hours (no home/servo on) and plugged screen in - worked - left screen power in for 2 more hours - still working later . then I turned the servos on and it immediately flickered and then went white - still white on start up today. So the lights the guy asked about :the only the center 'res' light came on the other 2 either side didnt
the guy said that was strange - I must check again when its working - it hasnt worked again so far.. .

Does anyone have an idea here of what the problem could be - surely it cant actually be the screen?
I'm going to take the ram out shortly and get it checked - I dont know any way of checking it myself so will see. but any insight from anyone of more experience available?

    Regards
    Jared

I know this is a year old but did you ever find a fix or help? A friend of mine is having the same problem.

    Thanks
