Default UC400ETH issues with slave axis

I am new to the forum here and looking for help!
I recently switched to a UC400ETH from a UC100, and I am having issues with the slave axis. The slave has a slight lag when initiating, causing the gantry to rack and bind. I am also noticing a much slower reaction when the jog buttons are pressed as compared to the UC100 I was using previously. Any chance someone has had the same issue here?

Running a Gecko G540 with the UC400 and Mach 3. All motor tunings are the same on the y and slave axis.

Default Re: UC400ETH issues with slave axis

It seems the slave axis is only moving when a continuous pulse is applied. Nothing happens on the slave side when a short pulse is applied.
