I-CUT VISION and V-Cuts
Hi there, my company wants to find a new solution (cheaper) for our machines.
We were thinking about using a CS-Lab controler (CS-Lab - CSMIO - CNC Ethernet Controllers- inexpensive solutions - CS-Lab.s.c) along with the mach 3 program...
The thing is, I know that this could be a very good solution for any "normal" operations but we want to be able to cut cardboards and stuff with a V shape cut, something like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YnVnuipbB4&feature=related]Zund V-Cut en Re-board - YouTube
With a tool like this one:
ZUND – swiss cutting // V-Cutting Tool - VCT
(the problem is with the diving/entrance in the material 45º or 30º)
And we need a solution like I-CUT VISION (i-cut Vision - Index - Welcome to i-cut Vision) or OPTISCOUT (http://www.optiscout.com/main.dml):

For what I have seen there aren't solutions (like those) yet developed for the Mach3 program or for any other free or even cheap software.
So I ask for your help to find the solutions. If there are any solutions (as i say, free or even cheap) already available could you please indicate me...?
Or if there are some projects/tutorials that might help to develop the solution myself that woud be great as well...
Thanks in advance.
