    CPU water block dimensions

A friend of mine wants me to design a water block for him. I have an off the shelf one sitting right here to get some measurements off of. But would like to make sure I'm getting it right. Does anyone know if there are any acurate drawings out there?

Processor is the 64 bit AMD.

Oh, I did find this site, but no mention of what chip the mount holes are for.

Hey man, I might have the right ones for the 2 hole,
actually for quite a few diff waterblocks, you should post your design so I can take a look at it, give you some feedback etc.

It might have something else in the drawing but you can just grab the holes/dimentions out of it, The one thing it doesnt have are the new pentium 4 boards.

Jon I compared what I got off the block I have here and your file. But they don't match up. They're off quite a bit. Quite a bit being more than what I think is reasonable for hand measurement.

Take a look. The holes from your file are blue.

Note: I haven't done anything in the middle yet. Just the blocks themselves. Also it needs a little more smoothing around the edges.

I checked out some of the dimentions of your holes, I know for sure that the ones that I drew for the Socket A layout are correct, and I got the others from this thread:

I have built 10-30 waterblocks(socket A and video card and chipset) and I know that the socket A dimentions are correct, 2.6x1.42"
