We have a client with a Citizen 18iTB control. We are struggling with changing the parameters on the machine. The control has Fanuc looking setup parameters, but yet the main screen looks like a Mitsubishi (DEVICE and PORT labeling). Anyone know how to change the paramters or what they should be set at to communicate. We called Citizen and waiting and waiting for a response but no luck. Nothing comes in or out of the control per the RS232 tester connected to the machine. No alarm when punching or reading.... I have uploaded some pics of what we are looking at. Any help, please email ASAP or give me a call. Thanks in advance! Greg Mercurio Shop Floor Automations (877)611-5825 Toll Free gregm@cncnetworking.com |

| you need to enable pwe (parameter write enable) on settings page. it will generate alarm 101. u can press reset to put of this alarm and you can change the parameter like 20,101,102 etc. its as good as fanuc if you need parameter settings you may reply in vrh@nctech.in. i can send you the settings. which had worked for us using CIMCO DNC MAX THRO WIRELESS. |
