Mill, drill, & tap Ti-al-4v titanium

Looking for comments on working with titanium. I will be drilling (and reaming?) 2mm - 4mm holes up to 50mm deep, +/- .01mm dia.
Also tapping or threadmilling as small as #4-40 - not very deep.
    Any tips appreciated.

Use very sharp TiN coated drills, taps etc and Rocol 350 Ultracut soluble and RTD.

I joined a company a few years ago and after a study into cutting expenses and conditions for titanium, the reults were that although the Rocol products were substantially more expensive than other products, the time saved in production of componants and the tool life increases more than covered the additional expense of the products.
