im racking my brain trying to produce a 2 1/16-16 od thread on tzm molybdenum: stress relieved, and trying to get the finish within 125 they are flight parts so they gotta be there. im turning them on a mazak qt-20 that run pritty damn good for its age. and using decient tapping fluid. i got my speeds and feeds slow. any ideas??????  |
