Need Help!- Carbon Fiber Vacuum Bagging, how do i get started?

I want to learn how to work with composites, specifically carbon fiber.

Where do i begin? I see some people doing miracle work with carbon fiber, bikes, boats, model planes, etc. I would like to learn.

My cnc machine can cut foam just fine for molds, and i have a vacuum setup for bagging.

Attached is a CRAZY picture of an all carbon fiber hover bike. Obviously this is the work of an artist, but you get the picture at what crazy things i would like to be able to do, or at least learn.
