I am looking for PCD coutersinks to sink 1/16" and possibly smaller holes. The smallest I have been able to find with some googling around is 1/8" and I have sent a few emails to suppliers and awaiting response. Preferably they would have 1/8" shanks, 100 degree angle. If there isn't a product available, what would my next best option be for sinking into carbon fiber sheets? Solid carbide endmills have seemed to hold up well for the price, but the countersinks I have tried will fray the carbon fiber quite badly. TIA, Taylor  |
