I just tried to order from Automated Technologies Inc. In both Firefox and Chrome the page where you enter your credit card info just bounces back to to same order page. I shortly received a fraud alert email from my credit card company that under the name "Technology INC" they were billing me every time I hit submit. I sent an email to them regarding this, and they called me almost immediately. When I said that their eCommerce checkout doesn't work but they were billing me they told me to buy elsewhere and hung up. Another person on here was reporting that they sell used items.

A large number of members here buy from them and have never had any issues. Myself included.

Thanks for your comment ger21. My credit card company refused all the attempted charges so I was not billed as it looked from the authorized charges. I tried placing the order again and it went through. Looks like they're only guilty of having no error handling on their site checkout and having rude customer service people.

That's really odd, I've been ordering from them for quite a number of years now and have never had that happen.
