Just tried to look at the pcncautomation.com website and it's fried. If they're not smart enough to put a phone number or a method of contacting them to let them know they have a problem on the website tech support after the sale might also not be available.

| camaster is building a table top in the 4500 range and due to the industrial nature of how they build machines it is probably worth the difference jim www.camaster.com

Try www.pcncautomation.net That is their web address. The .com gets you something different altogether. I ordered one and it should be ready to ship next week. I'm not affiliated with them and will give an honest review of how things pan out. I'll keep you posted. So far all my questions have been answered in a timely fashion with pictures that I requested. Bill has even provided me with a phone number if I wanted to talk to him personally.

I am in the same boat...trying to decide between the Shark Pro and the PCnC....I have found that the work surface is bigger on the PCnC and the ability to hold down smaller work pieces seems to be quite alot easier just due to the tslot cutting oin the MDF work surface. What do you guys think so far...what was your descision? Mike

I've had my PCnC machine for a couple of months now and am very happy with it. This is my first CNC, so there was a steep learning curve for me, not just the machine but all things in CNC general. As far as I can tell it has features equaling machines twice it's price. Mine's a 24"x36" table.
