We bought this one here SUDA SD 1208 CNC router. http://img145.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0227yp6.jpg  We have been using it to cut aluminium sheets, 5mm thick. Yesterday the spindle motor of that machine became noisy. We have been using it for about 40 hours in total, since last November. We have been careful in warming it up all the times before beginning cutting. We took apart the spindle motor and found out that the roller bearings needed to be replaced. As of right now we do not know yet if we will be capable to re-assemble it back. Anybody had similar problems? Are this spindles standardized? In that case we would consider buying a more robust one. 40 hrs is kind of short for the life of some bearings. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks.   |
