I have a Multicam 44 machine and i"am running enroute software on my computer. Never had a problem with the machine than one day i was sending a job to the machine and received a error "memory buffer full message". Since than the machine locks up a majority of the time before starting a job and looses its set home. While troubleshooting myself i found during a com check my lines from the computer to the machine were either flaky or bad. I replaced the db9 cable and still run in to the same problem. My com check is still saying i have a bad connection my jobs are making it to the machine, but they will sucessfully run maybe only 1 out of six tries. Contacted Multicam they were unable to help. if you could help i would appreciate it. |
