Biesse Rover 24

I bought a used 2000 Biesse Rover 24 with NC 1000.
It took a while and some money to get it running. But all of a sudden it stopped working after one day of use. Now when I boot up it won't load the plc.
I've been in contact with Biesse, we think they sent the wrong software as the software doesn't seem to match the hardware and now they want me to mail in the computer. One tech from Biesse said mailing it in was not the solution because its a compatibility issue. The graphic configuration onscreen shows a different tool head than that of the rover 24s.

any suggestions other than giving up?

the right software must be there if the machine ran for a day?
does the software have multiple machines on it? did you change any settings on that day?

On our rover 24 the OS is windows 95 and we run NC200

NC1000 CNI Driver FIle. Any chance I could get a copy. My software doest export the feeds speeds for the drills and the spindle. ANy advise would be appreciated
