Dyna CNC 6000 Router Problems

Hi,

I am new to these forums and looking for other owners of the Dyna CNC 6000 router. I purchased this 4'x8' cnc router with a 3hp Columbo spindle in July of '08. It was delivered 3 months later and has never worked properly. If the spindle is connected to the control box the machine shuts down. Now the x axis servo loses contact with the control panel and stops moving, the y and z axis servos continue to run destroying the acrylic that I am working on.

I am looking for other owners that have this machine and any problems that they are experiencing or have had.

I am not looking to tarnish this company or discuss the other problems that I have with them, simply to find other owners and see if this is an isolated problem or one that others are experiencing.

The machine continues to develop more problems and is now unresponsive on both the Z and X axis. The Geckos do not appear faulty as the LEDs do not indicate a problem. The geckos are sending 0 to 199 volts and beyond at sporadic intervals to the servos. The computer does not recognize that the servo has stopped responding and continues on with the program destroying my material. Now the only movement is on the Y axis, rendering the DYNA 6000 CNC router completely useless.
