Biesse Rover A 3.40 FT K2 -OR- Thermwood CS 45

I was wondering if anyone could help me?
I am looking to buy one of the 2 following machines: Biesse Rover A 3.40 FT K2 -OR- Thermwood CS 45.

Which machine is the better of the 2. I know they have differences but i am just looking overall.
