| There are lots of places to get tooling Online (enco,msc,vortec). There may even be a local tool grind shop in your area. Just depends on where your at. Google "tool grinding Canada". Or some variation and you bound to come across something. I get my tooling at http://pgm-tools.com/ Which happens to be down the road from us. Metal cutting tools will work fine for wood or HDU. Gets a little different when you cut acrylic, plastic, etc. I use an "O- flute" (single flute). Most my side cutting tools are 2 flute and 3 flute for v-carving. A) 1/2: up shear end mill B) 1/2: compression c) 1/2: down shear D) 1/8: 5 deg taper (draft) E) 1/2: Ball endmill F) 3/16: Ball mill 5 deg taper (draft) G) 1/2: 90 deg included angle (v-carve) H) 3/4: 120 deg included angle (v-carve) Hope this helps.
