This was having fun with acrylic and MDO for a trade show display case. The LED's Change color, they flutter from red to green to blue ect.

you can see the small black alum boxes between the two pieces of 1/2" acrylic. They are .040 Race Aluminum bent on the Break and painted flat black. the edges are hand carved with a grinder to look more like ICE this is a Auto Start Display. The logo was cut in reverse so the front is smooth. used 1/4" endmill to hog out .20, 90 degree B-Bit for pinstripes. also ran a last contour .24 deep inside the line with 1/8" ball nose on the letters gave a nice added touch.

must be slow every where. I have a couple others but I only used my CNC once in december. Very Slow up here.

attached is a piece we just made for an inaugural event. it's 24' wide by 32' tall. nothing was cut by hand all by "Ethal" our shop sabre 4896. None of the detail is painted, all cut out and applied
