I am curious if anybody can give their personal views on the Romaxx cnc router's accuracy and repeatability, not the website information. assuming that all cad/cam issues, fixturing, and machining settings are properly set, how will the romaxx perform?

to give specifics of what i am looking to do, i would basically be using the entire 24X12 bed of the romaxx to hold a one piece fixture which would have 4-8 cutouts for my material. assuming that i properly align the fixture to the bed every time, how will the accuracy of the romaxx be over the whole area of the bed. the parts are approximately 6"X2".

i will also be flipping the fixture over to cut the underside of the parts. does anyone have experience flipping parts on the romaxx, and if so, how is the accuracy of zeroing out with touching the bit to the edge of the fixture, or wherever zeroing out.

i will be using extremely hard woods such as lignum vitae, ebony, ironwood, etc.

any other considerations or thoughts would be appreciated.

thanks much.
