We purchased a used confirmed working Wadkin Bosch CC100. After shipping to our workshop, one inverter (x axis) keeps giving an error code 2.
I was able to get one reference cycle to start. Z and Y axis moved, but when X axis tried to move error code 2 came back again.
Does anyone have a breakdown of the different error/fault codes with possible remedies. We have access to a micro electronics specialist so we can get down to the nitty gritty on the boards if required.
Thanks in advance for any ideas!!
The machine is a Wadkin UX CNC with a Bosch cc100 controller on it.
The error 2 shows up on the actual inverter, not on crt

Hi there
If this has a Bosch SM 10/20 TC module showing fault 2 it is generally a module fault. Try swapping X axis drive pack for y axis, see if the fault moves.
