Hi, I am new to this forum and I have a question for the expers. I have a MAXnc machine with a 4th axis. I just bought a techno-isel machine and I want to know if it is possible to use the 4th axis from one machine on the new techno. The machines have different posts, the techno has servo motors and the Maxnc has steppers. If it is possible how would you go about doing it. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I really only want to use the 4th axis for indexing, but I want it written into the program so I can mill then index without having to index it manually. Tim |
