Hello, I'm new to this forum but was hoping someone may be able to help. I'm running a Techno 5996 gantry router and I'm trying to set up the 4th axis. I've programmed a simple path with Visual Mill to Horizontal rough the first face, rotate the 4th axis 90 degrees clockwise, then horizontal rough that side. As soon as the program gets to the rotation I get a "M4 position error (A axis); No Controller Power" error and the program stops. I can move the a axis through the interface without problems. If I post a table rotation only it does not run at all and the time estimate simply tracks the current time. When running a continuous 4th axis parallel finishing file I get the same position error. Has anyone faced this problem already? Thanks, Eric |
