Masterwood Project 319-323

Does anyone have an operations manual for the Masterwood 319 or 323, manufactured in 1997? I've recently purchased this machine and the US rep's had the electrical drawings and maintenance manual available but not the operations manual.

Is it for a CN10 control?

Not sure, but I'll have my head back inside the tool again today..let you know later. The tool is actually a 1994-5 model "Project 319".

Software information : CNC FORA V.6.23

My guess is that the information you have on operation of the programming package will provide some insite. Don't know what the physical difference between the tool models are but what I'm in need of is how the front end functions.

Where I'm at now is the tool physically checks out, drives are functional, safety and interlocks ok, it's just the simple manual jog function from the screen rejects the command (but displays - "No Errors"). It has to be something extremely simple...

Little on my background; worked in the tooling business for 25+ years, have written my fair share of software for dedicated process equipment and own 3 CNC tools (2 of which are running). Will possibly someday build one but so far it doesn't pencil out, being used equipment cost less than purchasing materials needed to build one from scratch. Maybe I'll run across the need for a dedicated work station to meet production needs...then build it.

Does anyone have a software for the Masterwood 323, manufactured in 2000? this machine recently cant operate , i think is software have some issues.
