If you've ever used a Warthog router, please post the kind of experience you've had with it. In other words, has it worked flawlessly, given you an endless amount of problems or, as with most things in life, been somewhere in-between? Any and all thoughts are welcome. Also, this does not necessarily apply to just woodworkers but seemed to be the most appropriate place to post. (Note: I am not affilated with the Warthog people in any way, aside from being a somewhat dissatisfied customer.)

I have seen the EZ router and a couple other lower end machines run and you can see the gantry is a little jittery. Anything like this on the Warthog? I am looking to purchase a router very soon and have been looking at this one. Do you think there would be any issues in cutting 3/4 plywood all the time?

I'm going on my third year using a Warthog. All things considered, I've been pretty happy with it and would probably buy another one. I run mine 20-50 hours a week. The vast majority of time, I'm cutting .080" aluminum. I've got a 7.5hp spindle and servo drives on it. Cutting 3/4 plywood is no problem. You could cut several sheets at once if you needed to with the right tooling. I've had 2 problems with the machine during the time I've owned it. One of the v-bearings went out after a bit over a year of use. Very easy to replace and adjust. I called tech support about it in the afternoon and had a replacement in my hand the next morning. I also had a servo motor output shaft break on me. That happened a month after the warranty expired (of course) and cost about $600 to replace. I was able to fix the shaft later, so now I've got a spare. I've called the tech support guys a few times. They are always very helpful to me. They also know what they are talking about as far as bit reccomendations. Using the right cutter for the job makes a world of difference.
