New to the forum, but am looking for help in determining which cnc router would be best for my applications. I would like to be able to carve in 3d. Table size would be 4x8, budget is $20k or less. Have read threads about shopbot and dynacnc, but am not sure of other manufactures in my price range. Which manufacture's provide good support, minimal down time, best product? Thanks to all for your help......Yogi |

I got mine for less than you budget. It works great. I make money with it. I run it 4-6 hours per day with no problems. DynaCNC has great tech support. I have had a couple of problems that ended up to be my fault, but they got me going right away. Sid |

I purchased a Techno LC4896. It comes with a complete table, all servo drive with ballscrews. I have had it for 3 years and no problems. Its windows based and any computer with xp will run it. I got a backup computer from WalMart. www.technocnc.com. If you call ask for Tim O and tell him CNC Artworks sent you. |

| Have you looked at Larken? They sell a 4' x 8' with Servo motors for under 20K. They've been around for a long time. There web site is www.LarkenCNC.com |
