Never used one of these machines but i am considering one for drilling 200 small holes in some 5mm thick plastic. ( I have several hundred sheets to Do)Looking at what is available they either seem to be very expensive or very small!! Any suggestions to lead me down this windy path would be a help!!!

| The cheapest thing to do would be to pay someone to do it for you. You're correct, a 4x4 router is rather expensive. And, it'll come with a fairly steep learning curve. If you on;y need it for this one job, pay someone else to do the job for you.
