HELP!!!! CNC Table Top Router Choices

OK, OK, OK you all have convinced me that I need a CNC Router.
But way to many choices out there. After reading the board I have decided to buy a completed unit w/ software preferably. But what brand?..... I will be working in wood, mainley small hobby type stuff, I would like to build cars and planes and such. I have seen the TECHNO INC. brand and I think thats what I am after. I just dont like the $$$$$. Basically the wood would be 12"L x 6"W x 6"H. I would like to be able to design the plane on a CAD program and then be able to send it to the CNC and be able to cut out the pattern. ANY info would be great!!!
