Control Mate RS232 Problems

Hi all,
I have updated the control on my timesaver 4x8 CNC router with a camsoft lite package with a Control Mate Rs232 hand held pendant. All my mechanical and wiring
changes have been completed, and tested . After testing
the Control Mate I loaded my CKB file and tested buttons,
the axis select button gave me the response that was intended for the home button (axis1 homed to preset value). The home butten gave the same response. I sent my ckb to camsoft to check on their set up and it preformed perfectly. I tested the com port and it tests
ok. Camsoft says they have never seen this problem. Please help me if you can. Thanks Vern
