Drip Feeding Bosch CC100

Hi,
We have a SCM Routron with a Bosch CC100 control. Right now it works for most of the stuff we need. However I'd because of the limited internal memory (700 lines) it's holding some projects back. There is a drip feed option on the control but I can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be great.

What is happening so far? what comm. program are you using? what cable? 3 wire or full H.W. handshake? Do you have Software handshake enbled on the PC?

I recently looked into buying a Wadkin CC2000 CNC Router which had a Bosch CC100 controller c/w 16K RAM!
I had heard some machines were not compatible wih 'Drip Feed' and got in touch with Bosch UK, they were really helpful, and said that if the machine had Firmware above version 31a (I am 99% sure it was 31a........) it would Drip Feed.
The machine I looked at only had version 15A installed, and I was quoted nearly £1000 to upgrade the card to a later Firmware!

Not sure if this is your problem, but perhaps it might help somebody.....

I just bought one of these machines (SCMI Routron 921). How do you tell what version firmware you have? Does it display at startup? I haven't connected mine to power yet.

I have the info at my business Unit, I will get back to you tomorrow.
With the Wadkin machine, it needs a password to get into the service screen.
These I believe are machine specific.
Bosch were very helpful, and supplied me with the instructions and also the Wadkins password.
