Piggyback Collet Nut

We purchased a 1995 Heian NC-442PF-R2-2616 CNC Router. I am looking for the proper collet nut for the Model #M9104 (Type S933A11) Piggyback spindles(30mm O.D.).

i can get HEIAN collets but i need Serial number as well as the model.
P.S. i'm in Australia might be easyer to contact a local HEIAN Agent, if your in the US Contact Styles.
