boot floopy proble

i am using biesse rover 18, i created a boot floopy choosing
diskmangemnet-->boot --->aftrer i inserted a new floopy after completing creattion i tried to boot with this floppy but after 99% it is saying CHEKSOME error ignore or abort after that nothing coming so please help me any one guide me how to create a new boot floppy and how can i run my mechine with that

I am assuming your control is either an RT480 or an NC400? I would think your boot disk is corrupt. This may require getting an original boot disk from Biesse. Then you may have to reconfigure all tooling and user data depending on the results. Another good forum for you to try is the cnc forum at www.woodweb.com. Perhaps someoneelse with a R18 can email you their boot disk?

thank x i got rginal disk after booting i created a duplicate boot diskette
but it is not working and orginal working i want to create a backup copy
for orginal
