Water cooled spindle need ???

I would like to know where I can buy a water cooled spindle for my router ???

What the price can be ???

I can go with a 3 phase with a inverter or any water cooled spindle will make the job which one is the best ???

I would like to replace my Porter cable 3.25hp for a noiseless motor for around the same force.

I cut Carbon fiber panel with a porter cable router air cooled with a built in fan this cause the fan push the carbon dust everywhere in my shop and the dust remover don't work at is best ???

I would like to buy a water cooled spindle because they are very quiete and they not have any fan to push dust everywere and the dust remover will work at is best they will have very very little dust in the air ????

They not obligated to be a 3 phase, I can only go with max 3hp to run with VDF single phase.

I only have access to 1 phase 220V here in my shop.

I have see water cooled spindle with ceramic bearing on many China cnc router but I don't know where to buy this type of motor.

Does now anyone can help me again on where to buy one and around which $$$

Thank's a lot for any help

You would probably don't need a water cooled spindle.
Find a spindle cartridge for a indrustrial type cnc and get a 3-phase motor, belt drive and a VFD.
Some of these spindles are cooled, but most use a very higher grade of bearings then a router motor, so they stay cooler under load. A lot of them have a oil mister that lubes the bearings and cools them. Look around the internet for upgrades that people have built. One that I have seen, is using a ER collet extention as the main shaft, mounting bearings in a round shell to mount in the same mount as the router motor.

Good luck

Look at the spindles on the second link on the other reply.

The spindles that I linked to above, that are not water coolesd, are air cooled with a built in fan. We have 2 9HP air cooled HSD router spindles we've been using every day for about 8 years with no problems. So I don't think you really need to go the water cooling route.

Check these out http://www.kavo-drives.com

I don't know the prices, I'll let you do that part. Some of the spindle holders can go both ways, air or water cooled. Kavo has a place just north of Chicago, Ill.

Can you use water flowing over the part to control the carbon fiber dust?

Another idea is to duct the air into and out of the motor to another part of the room.

As for VFD's, the smaller HP ones have 1 phase in and a 3 phase out.
Automation Dirrect GS2 VFD

I did a google search and found:
Here is another person with the same question.

Be aware, these spindles are very $$$$$$$

A low cost option might be to partly covering the air vents, and wrapping copper tubing around the motor and the spindle bearings.
