Can anyone help me identify this router?

I recently purchased a used CNC router and I am now trying to gather as much information as possible about it. I have a number of tasks ahead of me to get things set back up and running, but a good starting point would be knowing who the original manufacturer is/was. It's a commercial grade machine that spent its days cutting plastic, as evidenced by the shavings that are all over it. Here are a few pics.
