I have recently aquired a Morbidelli Author 502 for an introduction to CNC routers, as a novice I urgently need an opporating manual and any other info I can get.
I have had no luck searching the internet.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
These types of machines are very complex, even for experienced users. And their manuals are typically more of a reference, than instructions on their use. And typically rather cryptic, vague, or both.
You're best bet would be to call Morbidelli and order any manuals, if they're still available.
And most likely, you'll really need some training. I'd see if there's a local technician that may be able to help you out.

I have 2 Author 502's and about 12 years experience so I might be able to help you.
@gtir - Could you please write (briefly, but include some details) about the process of programming, setting up, and operating your routers? Maybe include some screen shots or photos and sample code? This subject came up recently in forums and it has been so long since I worked with a Morbidelli that I really could not recall any useful information. - Thanks in advance.

Until recently I had an Author 502 & I now have a U550, but I still have access to the 502 manuals.
I am in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
I have facilities for scanning to pdf file.
